Bob, I understand the loss leader concept to build traffic. When you said "fulfillment of those ourselves", does that mean they purchase directly from the record company and bypass the distributor in order to reduce costs? One of the things that most impresses me about TSIG is the "real" business they are in, which is NOT selling CD's. IMO their business is building and maintaining partnerships. The revenue will be generated as a result of those partnerships. If this is the business plan, then anything that looks or acts like nuts and bolts types of work should be farmed out. I'm starting to see logistical nightmares if some things are done in house, even if it's only the "Top 40". For the customer the discount price is only part of the value proposition. Speedy delivery and accurate order fulfillment are just as important to maintain the customer. We already have a pretty good picture of what TSIG is good or not so good at. Hopefully RG recognizes this and keeps to his knitting. John
