613--I don't see Jonas selling the whole ball of wax to Sprint. However, Jonas would like to increase shareholder value since he is by far the largest shareholder and IMO would be interested in an eventual buyout at somewhere over 50. If Sprint were interested in owning NTOP, Jonas might well suggest that FON take a nice equity stake in IDTC, say somewhere in the mid 20s, which could do wonders for shareholder value.

The benefit to Jonas and IDTC/NTOP would be that with Sprint's clout and advertising power, NTOP direct could immediately gain several million new users, which would quickly more than quadruple their customer base and provide the .049 rate to all of them, catapulting the value of NTOP (which IDTC should track to some extent). Meanwhile, FON gets millions of new customers as well. If this happens, FON might well agree to enlarge its equity stake in IDTC at a higher price with the eventual goal of and IDTC buyout, giving them control of NTOP and also IDTC's lucrative calling card business and the IDTC backbone as well.
