Riker,
I know that a "tight hole" means that the operator can keep the results private for a certain length of time (a year or more??). But I do not know whether anyone other than the actual operator has access to that information. That was a serious question which I posed and I do not know the answer. I HOPE that partners of the operator can access the information, but I do not know that they can. Does a partner who has only a 0.2% interest in a tight hole well have the right to access all the information about that well? (Of course, UP has a much larger % interest in these wells than 0.2%.) In short, who does have access to tight hole info and under what conditions? These are questions I would very much appreciate someone who authoritatively knows the answers answering for me.
