Stewart: I guess I waited too long on CTZ, was hoping for low 30's and missed by a few dollars. At one time in past, you said you liked TEN, as I investigate it, I am increasiningly concerned about the debt on the balance sheet, the amount of "goodwill and intagibles" as a percentage of book value. It would seem that this one could head much lower excepting the cash flow which looks good. How did you evaluate and what type of target numbers (for the combined companies) are you looking for post spinoff of the packaging division. thanks
