I think the limit on concentrating light would be the surface brightness of the source. So since the surface of the moon is as bright as a concrete freeway in full daylight - I don't think you could skinburn a mouse or ant. I read a Science article where they managed to concentrate sunlight to a higher flux than [on] the sun's surface - but it took a weird internal reflector device at the focus of a big mirror. A few square yards of mirror to get a dime-sized patch of zowie. If you did all that with moonlight - I doubt you'd even get a "tan ring".
