There are a couple of other items in response to some of the commentary I have been reading on Stockhouse and thought the response should be posted here as well.

- everyone has to put their own time frames on things and if it's time in your world to move on , then good luck, I hope all works well.

- I am also frustrated that what I was told would come about, has not, however, I believe that the reasoning for it makes sense and am willing to wait. It just would have been nice if they would have told me about their qualms re: announcements prior to approval, beforehand.

- as for the "where there's smoke, there's usually more smoke and mirrors" I can not argue, that is usually the case, especially in the world of VSE juniors. I do NOT believe that to be the case, in this situation, or I would NOT be here.

- I have followed another company, quite closely, different industry, but?? The company is Commonwealth Energy. They have been slow in coming, a couple of minor problems along the way, some financing issues etc., but they had the people to make things happen and now they are. These guys I believe are the same types, very capable businessmen.

There have been a few comments suggesting that these guys are incompetent and don't know what they are doing, you all need to read the short bios on Peter and Julius in the 25-May-99 News Release? These are NOT yahoos, with no experience. Here's a little additional info, I just don't have as much as I would have liked:

- Peter is a previous nominee for Canadian Entrepreneur of the year.
- Scott McDougall is not a PR guy, he is the Director of Strategic planning and has been involved in numerous large scale software projects, including being the Product Manager for the development and introduction of Statistics Canada's "Cansim Telichart" online graphics service. Scott also co-managed the development and execution of PageActive's 7,000 sq. ft. Internet communications exhibit at the 1997 "Festival of the Future" in Toronto. The event attracted over 500,000 people, this is NOT small scale tiddlywinks. Scott does have background in PR, but is NOT a PR guy. He was a managing partner with VLF Magnetic Systems when the company received a "R&D 100" award for work done with Noranda and the U.S. Bureau of Mines for applied research in it's thru-the-earth wireless communications system.

- C. David Weyman, is another individual involved, I believe he will act as the CFO. He was a KPMG partner for over 20 years specializing in taxation, especially in utilizing foreign refinancing and reorganizations. Sounds like he might be handy, when running an offshore operation, maybe?? David has also acted as Assistant Deputy Minister to the Canadian Federal Department of Finance, as well as a tax advisor to the House of Commons Committee on Finance.

- Add Peter Symaniw, a Multi-Media marketing and advertising consultant, specializing in off-shore gaming operations. Peter was the Executive General Manager for Bowman International, the world's second largest offshore Sportsbook. That would suggest that Bowman may be our sportsbook connection??

- One other individual to mention, is Simon Tunley. The item of note here, besides generally being in the industry for some 20+ years, is his capacity as Project Manager for Galaxiworld's phase 1 casino software. Simon currently teaches Graphic Multi-Media at the Ontario College of Art and Design.

I was hoping to have more, but this is a good start and should help to set aside some of the qualms about these guys just being cowboys, flying by the seat of their pants.

Salut,

Leigh McBain
