Ebay is down AGAIN... zdnet.com Online auctioneer eBay Inc. (Nasdaq: EBAY) has suffered another outage. eBay spokesman Kevin Pursglove said that the site has been down since 4:30 AM PT. The company does not yet know the cause of the outage, or when the site will be back up and running.
