Hi Pete, I haven't heard anything, but I wouldn't be surprised if they don't put out a news release until Monday or Tuesday since they already stated at the beginning of the week that the Form 10 would be filed this week. I am generally not a patient person by nature. However, in this case, I will strive to give them the benefit of the doubt. Better to have a perfect Form 10 filed rather than one that is full of glitches and mistakes. The delay from June 1st I understand was a result of NBMX expanding into different products and different methods of accounting. Anyways, the market doesn't seem to be reacting too negatively to the lack of news yet. Regards, Obie P.S. - I see you've entered the heated debates on Raging Bull.
