LOL...and each 36 section is 640 acres and a lode claim can be about 20 acres but a placer alluvial claim can be up to 160 acres or 4 claims per section there, if on the max at a recorders cost of $9 plus mailing but the BLM fee is due for an additional $135 if one wants to lease it for the remainder to the first year at end point- 312 Aug each year where as this next claim year starts on 1 Sept 1999 and all renewals will cost a fee of $109 for the ensueing year including the county Dec 31 yearend filing. Yes, it is a thing...but can be understood. Laser is wonderring on costs...cost all depaend on value. In real estate we always start with LOCATION- LOCATION- LOCATION- ...and then we can strat to understand. I just decarred a buy on a 4 cents stock on Raging Bull...LOL...don't ask me any investment advice, Laser...or GIVE IT! Chucka
