Varo-Vision Patents Bomb! for MP3's.....?

varovision.com

"VaroMan PLUS
VaroMan PLUS is the first product in the world (Patent), and have a Built-in removable data storage, CLIK!Drive. VaroMan PLUS comes loaded with various features. "

Does this little nugget mean that Varo-Vision has Patented the use of the Bomb! drive in MP3 players, meaning no one else can use Bomb! in this regard?

If I were invested in IOM, I'd get on the horn to Iomega IR or to Varo Vision for clarification of this matter.

It seems Iomega loses out yet again.

**the specs list 2 AA batteries for the Varo Man Plus. This will provide only 3 volts of juice. Where is the rest of the power to operate the Bomb! drive coming from? Doesn't it need 5 volts? And how long can 2 small AA batteries last when the big rechargable battery on the external Bomb! drives only lasts about 30 minutes? Well, I hope Varo Vision doesn't get too down at first when the revenues only show that 100 or so Varo Man Plus units sell in its lifetime (all sales to Iomega Investors of course). After all, Iomega may have to buy back the Bomb! MP3 Patent so other companies can use Bomb! in their MP3 players. This should provide an extra revenue source for Varo Vision.
