One must ask whether ORXX is a technology company selling a new hydrometallurgical process or an exploration company. Claims have no inherent value unless they can be mined at a profit and if it couldn't be mined a few years back at $450/oz then I strongly doubt they could be mined now at $250/oz. I wouldn't bet the farm that anyone can get $40/ton for 90% silica sand anywhere in the real world. If I really did have a revolutionary process I'd be approaching a major tonnage producing mine where I would have maximum financial leverage and where the mining community would take any results seriously. As long as ORXX claims to be a technology company and acts like a junior exploration company you would be wise to consider them a scam.
