$Bill, This is indeed goods news. In E-trade, I am seeing the news as coming across both Reuter's and the Business Wire. Hopefully, Mitsubishi sees the writing on the wall and will settle the Ampex suit against them now, versus dragging it out in court for another month. Congratulations Ampex!!
