Well the tender closed with about 76% of shares tendered. Thisis enough to do a merger which I assume takes 2/3 of shares but still it was unusual in my opinion to have so many shares untendered. Minority shareholders must be hoping for better deal in the merger. I am now long INVX since I think they got a super deal and if AFLX assets/sales return to 98 run rate then this gives INVXX a bonanza. Rich
