Their claim to fame is the HGP which is supposedly going to replace cyanide heap leaching, now they're talking huge stock dilution to acquire claims that the present owners figure are not worth paying up the 200 bucks to keep the books clean.
If the process is the key, stick with it and market this to the big producers, forget about going into a mickey mouse mining operation.
