Are the two lawsuits (suit and countersuit) over identical issues, or is there enough difference in the allegations that the outcomes could vary (all other things being equal - which of course they aren't)? Any lawyers in the group to shed light here? Or non-lawyers who may have some light to shed? How often do suit/countersuit have different outcomes? Hoping for a great week. Eric
