The subs/passed ratio is getting weaker in all of the already upgraded area, such as Fremont. Pretty bold statement. How sure are you really? Its a big country and Fremont (assuming you are correct about the #'s there) might or might not be representative. I admit that Fremont seems like a good sample population, after all thats why TCI picked it to be the testbed. But what do we really know for sure? How could the ratio be getting weaker with a near zero turnover? It may not be growing as fast as we like, but I dont see any evidence (do you have any?) that it is getting weaker. As to the rest of your post, I agree in totality. We can only trust that @home knows the same and executes properly. Eric
