If ART is prepared to look beyond Qwest which has no yet announced hard core commitment to market ART and move forward independently of Qwest in many US West markets then GST is logical backbone transportation. Maybe ART or Qwest will say something concrete soon, former has con call next week, and upticked a little today after a humpty dumpty fall rest of week. With 100 Mbps and 1-2x OC3 in offing
why should ART or any other BBFW supplier forego any customer to fiber, or if so lays its own when cost effective which ART has done
in too long to be a little bit silly demo versus revenue generator in San Jose.
