RE: EBAY, you know it's amazing the significance of a technical failure with a pure play internet business. Bamm, your completely shut down. A whole day's revenue gone. Plus concessions to keep your customers. Can you imagine losing a whole day's sales from your jewelry business? It wouldn't be pleasant.
