pavlov - Good evening London :-) I prefer the freeedgar site, as one can enter the stocks of interest on a watchlist and have e-mailed notice of filings. Also when viewing the filing the paragraphs are set up in the left of the screen, thus getting a quick overview of S- K- matters. Filing is coming up within minutes of actual being filed.
