This is a new scan based upon the cross of a moving average
of RSI(13) with a 1 sigma bollinger band (lower) of a moving average of itself. Historically, with a bullish dow, this scan has seemed to perform very well.

Any suggestions to improve and refine this scan would be
most welcome.
