Fellow Shareholders; I am sure you all have read how I have been misled by Blaine.I have now been in contact with a disgruntled former employee.He has stated that he has proof of many misrepresentations,he also has another person to back his story.I know what the information is and we have been seeking the proper authorities.Whoever contacts me I will give you as much info as I can at this point in time.I will tell you that we are seeking class action status.If you would like to be involved let me know. I do not believe this will hurt the company in the long run.If we don't do something now,there may not be a company in the shorter term.Remember something that mngmt. has forgotten,this is our company also,and it has not been treated that way.
