If you click on the name of the individual you will see that they are ALL (100%) shareholders and NOT INSIDERS.


You can get butt deep in semantics here. An insider who owns stock is also a shareholder as well as in insider. A shareholder who obtained his/her shares directly, not through public offering, is many times closer to the company then you or I, buying our shares publicly.

Sometimes that's not the case. At any rate the sale of restricted shares does say something about the support of the stock. How important the reason for the restriction is, isn't always clear.
