Darleen, I never traveled Europe but I heard that they like their food fresh
and unprocessed. Might the family meal be prepared for each day from
just purchased fruit, vegtables, meat, grains, fish and poultry rather than
the USA method of creation weeks or months ago with weird additions
and then frozen and semi thawed and refrozen and labeled with a picture
on the outside package that looks nice but never actually delivered.
Maybe in Europe the family farm is needed to deliver food each day as
demanded by the citizens. I don't really know.

I bet Hutch could verify the rumor about the Tiger Fund said to be in
trouble, or not.
Banks without a building, only access thru computer ? If I knew that
they supported a gold standard, then I would feel that they have good
business sense. Maybe the e-gold accounts could be linked into this
bank if after the possible global economic meltdown it is disclosed to
all that without a point of reference all the currencies in all the nations
cannot be used to build a solid world economy. The only way one or
three can be a standard, as mentioned in a prior post today, is for that
one or all three to have a solid base like a gold standard that will prevent
abuse and all those things GATA has touched on.
