It concerns me that Kubota has liquidated the majority of their position and that management and closely held owners only control 22% of the stock versus 47% prior to Kubota selling out. This is per the recent Proxy Statement. Kubota 2,939,002 8.1% Entities affiliated with American Century Companies 2,750,000 7.6% Don Valentine 1,085,008 3.0% Alex Balkanski 590,203 1.6% Assorted others 1.5% Total of insiders and closely held as of 12/31/96 21.8% It is very concerning the way this stock is being price manipulated and managements lack of ability to do anything about it.
