Has anybody using Schwab received their Gold Certs. I placed my request many weeks ago. I use their signature services. They call it a team and I inquired with them again today to make sure they infact were processing my request. The person told me that they had not been able to send me the certs because they were restricted but that they were working on it. This made no sense to me as I thought the restriction just meant that they were to a private company and couldn't be traded. I wasn't able to talk to the specific individual on my signature team who is working on my request, but hope to Monday.
