Call me old-fashioned, Ron, but I see the primary role of the Fed as Inflation Fighters, not rescuers of Hedge Funds. If the Fed does not raise rates at its next meeting in the face of all this accelerating inflation data, the Bond market will tank, investors will lose some confidence in the Financial System and the XAU will soar.

Clearly, it would also place a tremendous hardship on those countries that have their currency pegged to the Dollar.

If I was you, Ron , I'd be praying that the Fed does tighten at its next meeting. If they don't, your worst fears may get realized.
