The history you cite sounds plausible. The way this company is being bandied about indicates to me it is a vehicle being used for the benefit of company insiders rather than new shareholders. But we should be able to profit from momentum in this sector despite all the shenanigans. I am wary though of this one, I mean look at their stated mission for the ipo $$: to pay down debt. Does that equate with growth? Well, Warren Buffett loves to see cos. paying down debt, so it's a fundamental good sign. But that just takes care of past expenditures, what I'm interested in is their future prospects...
