Like I mentioned, I believe they have bigger plans. But
on the other hand, I can tell you that they operate a factory here in Kowloon Bay, HK that is not very big. But then again, it is normal to produce products in China
and finish them in HK(packaging, etc....). I know that the
HK factory is only producing rotation and dipping plastic products and that the actual plastic injection is in there factory in Kwun Tong , China. Thats where the volume
is produced. I personally have not seen the factory but
know that it is there and producing Tupperware kind of
products and Adult Toys.
For your information, I am working for a HK export trading company and we are a customer of Wellux for the
last 2yrs. Their office/showroom is in Kowloon Bay, HK
where they occupy approximately 7000sf between two floors
and I've personally visited them many times.
Also on another note. Today I talked with one of
the managers of Wellux who expressed that their
business is growing fast but mainly to europe and that
they are stil working on there new distribution set up
in the USA and also due to the new acquisition of the
Fabric Factory. They have their hands full and a lot
of reorganization work had to be done
(this is suppose to be a huge project with a
250000 sq.ft factory built on 450000 sq.ft piece
of land which is there own property).
My belief is, after the Sec. filing, this share has
to go up in high speed.
