i m curious, why MSFT? Actually, awhile back i did read a comment by a money mgr, probably on DBC, who also said that the small cap Sector will not recover until INTC and MSFT capitulate. With INTC coming down from the high of 165 to the recent lo of 125 (and subsequently rebounded a bit,) MSFT seems to holding up well, relatively.
