Here are some devil's advocate questions about Q's management:

1. Given the brilliance of Q's management, why were they unable to achieve profitability at the infrastructure division? Is there something about CDMA infrastructure that makes it inherently less profitable than other infrastructure? And why will Ericsson succeed where Q failed?

2. Why are Q handsets less profitable than its competitors? Is it the lack of brand name that forces them to charge lower prices? Do they not have sufficient volume?

3. I have read here about the upcoming "Go brain go" campaign and I must confess I don't like the sound of it. It sounds presumptuous and somewhat childish (reminds me of a nursery rhyme). Is it trying to say that Q's people are smart? If so, is this the kind of message that will sell Q's products to the public? Compare it to Microsoft's "Information at your fingertips" or even IBM's "Solutions for a small planet". They are conveying what these companies are trying to do for their CUSTOMERS. If the campaign's goal is to say how smart Q is, it will not go down well with the average Joe in the US.
