Bonjour Janice, You were right about UPCA trading on the Pinks. Yet you were wrong in thinking that it would be forever. According to the PR (Yhoo, Bloomberg, etc.) they are in Limbo until they conform to the new SEC regulations for reporting on OTCBBS. But the has really been lifted. It seems that UPCA shareholders are on for a very exciting ride! Armand
