Any firm that has an Instinet subscription will be able to display the Instinet "book." It'll either be displayed on the proprietary Instinet terminals or on the Windows version of the Instinet execution screen.

I know Instinet provides the option to place large orders with a maximum display size. For instance, I may want to sell 10,000 shares, but only display a maximum of 1000 at a time on Nasdaq. Am I correct in assuming that the Instinet book will also only show this maximum display size of 1000 shares as well, or will it show the total size of the unfilled order (wishful thinking)?
