In response to your comparison of Quigley to Bayer, I have to tell you that I can't stop laughing.

Bayer was a mature company 110 years ago. It began with dye works. It began moving into the pharmaceutical area when it noticed that some dyes were biologically active. Given the German "erzatzlust" Bayer participated in the development of pharmaceutical organic chemistry. Aspirin, to which I assume you are referring, became a household word after a High Court trade mark decision, holding that the product name had passed into the public domaine. This was because the product at the time had over 95% of the market share, and the public referred to the generic product by the Bayer trade name.

Quigley on the other hand has no where near the market share, is far from a mature company in the industrial sence, is pressed by at least four other major zinc products which may or may not work and is about 4 years old.

Your argument will apply after another 110 years, 95 % market share, and a High Court Case.

Please be more careful in your opinions.
