Hi Jorj.,
It is my understanding that once Tom files the 10-QSB on Monday for June 30, 1999, that will take care of May 31, 1999, since May 31 information is included in the June 30 filing. All Tom has to do is make sure that they realize that the filing meets their filing requirements.
Remember that having the "E" removed may take a week or so. They move very slow.
