While some of us are on a "let's be nasty to George Gilder" streak -- I did notice (I think) one HUGE error in the August (1999) Gilder Technology Report regarding Globalstar. On the last page, where the various companies are listed in the page long list, GSTRF is shown having a total market capitalization of $2.11 Billion (when the stock price was 25 11/16). If I understand things correctly, this is WAY understated, due to all of this confusing "Globalstar Telecommunications Ltd" (GTL) as opposed to Globalstar L.P -- stuff. Also, there are at least a few things like the 8% cv redeemable Pfd stock of 2011, plus the thing that just came into existence a few days ago (warrants owned by Loral (?)). Does anyone have an accurate count of how many shares will really be "out there," if and when all of the "dust settles" ? Jon.
