OK -- so Larson's customers are undergoing Y2K lockdowns, which explains why they don't pay their bills. I will write on my telephone bill the following note: "Chuzzlewit is under a Y2K lockdown. Do not expect any payment from me for the next 5 months. This is reasonable because that is the reason you and the rest of NETA's customers have given for not paying NETA's invoices." Maybe Larson missed the real reason -- La Nina! TTFN, CTC
