The majority of all stocks are rolling all the time, which everybody should be able to take advantage of. When employing the "Wade Cook Rolling Stock Strategy" why limit yourself to only those stocks that trade between two specific price ranges? An easier method is to simply "roll" stocks as they traverse from an oversold to an overbought price point as measured by your favorite technical indicator. I especially recommend rolling stocks between the upper and lower Bollinger Bands using a 14, 21 or 30 day M.A.
