Cody,

You must admit that the "Albanian solution" to the
medicare problem is pretty effective. For those of
you who might have just checked in, the Albanian
solution to the medicare problem goes like this:

1) Tie hands of retired Serb behind head.

2) Pull trigger.

Of course if you don't want blood to stain the walls
because of the new Albanian family that is moving in
later in the day, follow proceedure #2;

1) Hold head of Serbian retiree under water.

2) Move in Albanian family.

Of course, if the Serb is under 65 years of age and
female, the usual solution follows;

1) Rape woman.

2) Repeat.
