IRT "C*/Data" and linking up with an ISP are you referring to the cache market or direct to customer service? It would seem to me that the cache market would make a nice fit for satellite data. The same service could be marketed to every ISP. Don't mean to dwell on this but I just stumbled on the topic and have been intrigued by the possibilities for Loral.
