Help wanted: Doing more DD on PYT: I noticed the PR of Aug 06/99 is signed by: Edward A Bence, Solicitor for Pyng Technologies Corp. sedar.com I also noticed the Edward Bence received: 20,000 options @ $1.96 on 1999-04-26 From insider reports: fin-info.com Question #1: I can't find any information in the PR or filings or annual report on Edward Bence being an PYT insider. Has he been recently hired? Is he on full time with PYT? Did I miss a PR somewhere? Question #2: Anyone know if Michael Jacobs and Allan Jacobs and Stephen Jacobs are brothers or somehow related?
