Authorized shares raised to 200 Million last annual mtg. I believe your figures on actual outstanding shares are accurate. Some folks may be concerned about the potential for issuing a bunch more shares. My own opinion is that the company wanted the authorization to issue such should the right deal come along, such as a large equity participation by one or more of the biggies whose names they are currently dropping. Should they do so, they would not hear a bit of complaint from me.
