OFF TOPIC

Aloha Mike,

Page points are book markers. They're small, made of phosphorous bronze (not copper as I mistakenly mentioned) with a layer of protection to keep them from corroding, and slide easily onto any edge of the page. Because they are in the shape of an arrow, they point to the precise line, picture or whatever you want to be reminded of at some future time. It would be embarrassing for me to admit how many of them I've used in the manual.

I've got a lot of books of photography published in fine quality paper. They seem to do no harm to them.

I'm not intending to be advertising for the firm I buy them from, but for a look you can click on:

levenger.com

After accessing that page, you'll need to click on "Bookmarks and Weights," and finally in the Preview area, on "New Page Points."

They make great, inexpensive gifts too.
