Celery, the inbox works a little differently. The messages automatically go into something calle the "trash". Click the navigation bar in the upper right hand corner under the Go2net symbol. Then go to "message center". It should take you to your inbox. Then click on "Trash". The new folder feature allows us to set up a variety of ways to save posts for long term usage. Otherwise they go in "trash" for 30 days. At least that's how I believe the system works. It's not really intuitive, and I warned Bryan about this feature complexity a couple of weeks ago. It's improved since then, but I believe still needs some cognitive assistance work. Maybe a simple description regarding how it works in the message center would suffice. Best, Michael
