AMD The hype surrounding AMD's next generation processor is just that, unabashed hype. They will not be able to produce in volume, they can't use the device in server machines, manufacturers are now moving to a new motherboard design which is not compatible with AMDs K9 chip. It will live up to its namesake and I predict AMD is going to be the next BRE-X, there is no gold in them thar AMD hills. Currently trading at $40, soon to be trading at $4.
