Comedy or tragedy? This from a 1997 news item... Plans call for the system to be able to provide output suitable for 0.13-micron design rules with 5 wafers/hour throughput by the end of 1997. Chairman and CEO John Martinez suggested that the source could be capable of 40 wafers/hour rates as early as the end of 1998, with continued development. ..hehe
