For multiple reasons the Merger Deal with AVIA was delayed. It was never consummated because BBN entered the arena and made offers to buyout both. Now the only 2 things that an investor should concentrate upon are the following, IMO: 1. Will BBN truly follow thru and buyout POKR & AVIA? I think the evidence speaks for itself. Bill Forhan is running BBN, POKR, & AVIA concurrently. All of the corporate offices are at one venue. This is a cogent argument to demonstrate the seriousness for the coalescence for these entities, IMO. 2. Will BBN go public? The only way we'll be able to cash out at .73 or go forward with BBN with restricted stock for 6 months, is for the BBN public scheme to HAPPEN. As confidence mounts that this is getting closer, the stock price rise is invevitable. Right now an investment in POKR should net a 4-5X bagger...not bad, IMO, if it works out like the planners imagine.
