First of all, floorless type financing or not, there will be considerable dilution to the stock. The daily low volume cannot absorb the new shares without the price being adversely affected. Secondly, St. Annes would not enter into an agreement unless the financing favored themselves. BDE is burning cash with no revenues. St. Annes could care less what the co does, they've already leveraged their position one way or another. You're kidding yourself otherwise. The last spike we had from 5 to 6 was probably to allow for the rest of a large short position to be laid out. Stock sure trading like it anyways. good luck, x x
