Well that's why I think a lot of the "sales" are bogus. A sale is generally defined as a transaction where you have an expectation of payment. But it seems to me that NETA is acting more lack a rack jobber. You put the stuff into the channel and expect payment only when the channel member sells the stuff. That sounds like a consignment sale!

Here's the definition of a consignments according to Wiley GAAP 1999:

A marketing method in which the consignor ships good to the consignee, who acts as an agent for the consignor in selling the goods. The inventory remains the property of the consignor until sold by the consignee.
