I haven't tried snagit yet (downloaded it just now) but this is a great all-purpose graphics tool (30-day trial): download.com One of the really great features of this program is it allows you to re-size images and maintain quality (as much as possible). It took me a while to figure out how to do it: Use View/Dimensions. There are now instructions with the trial version so you have to play around a lot.
