Someday the stock market wont make any fuss over how the retail is done.

That's because every business will be an Internet business. There will be no reason to distinguish between Internet businesses and non-Internet businesses because the latter simply won't exist. I'm not suggesting that brick-and-mortar models will be extinct, but those that are not also on the Net certainly will be extinct.
